Shenfield High School

Shenfield Cricket Academy are invited to this 2 day competition annually and learn a lot from playing against some of the strongest private schools in the south east of England. These experiences have helped us reach 8 national cricket cup quarter-finals in the last 10 years beating schools like Felsted, Dulwich College and Westminster along the way.

This 2013 season saw us play Portsmouth Grammar in the quarter final of the National U17 competition having defeated Dulwich College in the last 16. The Telegraph reported the huge school cricket upset. Unfortunately a good team performance was not enough to beat a very talented Portsmouth team who went on to be crowned National Champions. Shenfield's U17 team went on themselves to claim the Essex County title with an excellent win against Saffron Walden CHS.
