Provisional dates for Summer 2026 Public exams:

Date of first exam: 30/04/2026

Date of last exam: 18/06/2026

*Contingency Date

Wednesday 24/06/2026 all day

A contingency date is specifically set aside should sustained national or local disruption arise during the June 2026 examination series. If disruption happens, the examinations would be taken either for the first time or again on this day.

Students must remain available up to and including Wednesday 24/06/2026.

Any holiday must not be booked until after this date in case an awarding body need to invoke its contingency plan.

Results Days

A Level/L3 BTECs: Thursday 13th August 2026

GCSE/L1/L2 Qualifications: Thursday 21st August 2026

It is strongly advised that students are available on the morning of their respective results day to collect their results from school.
